Rob Privitera, Primary Therapist LMHC
Hi, I'm Rob, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Rochester, NY. I help individuals slow down, reconnect with themselves, and break free from patterns that hold them back. My focus is on anxiety, trauma, addiction, life transitions, people-pleasing, and romantic/sexual wellness. I'm passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients, men new to therapy, and anyone seeking a more authentic relationship with themselves and others.
When I'm not practicing, you will find me playing guitar, discovering new music, or exploring nature. I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to my sessions, combining curiosity, humor, and genuine respect to help you achieve your goals. Let's work together to create meaningful change in your life.

Lorrie Johnson LCSW ССTP I/II
Hi, My name is Lorrie and I specialize in attachment wounds, dissociation, and complex trauma. My passion is in neuroscience and the incredible resilience of all humans.
I’m trained in Ketamine, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Schema, DBT, EMDR and Gottman for couples.
I work with couples, individuals, and facilitate groups. Some of my specialties include First responders, Developmental trauma, recovering from Narcissistic and Abusive relationships, . I also interweave holistic healing like Kundalini Yoga, somatic work, and Reiki, and non pathologizing approaches. My favorite people to work with are anyone who has survived trauma, who are survivors of emotion, physical and sexual abuse.
I have never met anyone stronger or more resilient and than those who life has tried to break. It is an honor to cultivate and empower your journey alongside you.
When I am not at work you will find me in the woods, or at the lastest training, Cheering on the Bills, or just chilling with my five dogs, Charlie, Stella, Murphy, Mila and Rubie. I cant wait to meet you.

Gia Lioi, Primary Therapist LMSW
Hi, I'm Gia, a holistic psychotherapist who believes healing begins within the exploration of self.
My work integrates evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, embodiment, and compassion to help clients move through pain, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate authentic connection.
Rooted in both clinical depth and embodied wisdom, my approach draws from trauma-informed modalities including EMDR, Brainspotting, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1 trained). I’m also Level 2 trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and have extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy.
I am certified in Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration Therapy and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy through Fluence, and I completed specialized coursework in Buddhism and Psychedelics, MDMA, and Psilocybin, exploring how altered states of consciousness and contemplative practice can open pathways for healing and meaning-making.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent years as a massage therapist, strength and conditioning coach, and Iyengar yoga teacher. These experiences continue to shape my belief that true transformation happens through the mind-body connection.
In our work together, I bring a gentle yet grounded presence, helping you meet what arises with curiosity rather than judgment. Whether we’re processing trauma, navigating relationship challenges, or integrating a profound life experience, our goal is the same: to cultivate awareness, compassion, and resilience so you can live with greater peace and purpose. I'm looking forward to meeting you.

Kassia Clements, Therapy Intern Mental Health Counseling
Hello, I'm Kassia - or Kass to those who know me. If you're feeling lost, stuck, or overwhelmed by trauma, loss, or stress, I'm here to listen and support you. Maybe emotions, relationships, or past experiences feel like they're still holding you back. I get it.
The thing is, everyone's journey is different, and what works for one person might not work for another. That's why I'm here to walk alongside you, listen, and not dictate your path. We'll work together to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is built on compassion, empathy, understanding, and a deep respect for your unique experience. When I am not at work you’ll find me practicing mindfulness and spending time with my boyfriend and puppy.

Delaney West, Life Coach, Mental Health Counselor
She supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-growth, existential exploration, relational challenges, and questions of purpose and direction. Her approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, existential therapy, narrative therapy, parts-work (IFS), and relational therapy to meet you where you are in your mental health journey and support you in where you are headed. In addition to her clinical work, Delaney is also a registered yoga teacher and has a background in life coaching. She believes healing can be both meaningful and creative and is open to incorporating movement, spirituality, and imagination into the work she does with her clients.
A little poetry to resonate with:
When the universe offers up unbearable darkness,
Rest in the truth of unbearable light.
The Balance will find you.
